As Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the three primary components of our internal service platform. First, I oversee the timing and delivery of financial plans and reports for client engagements. Second, I coordinate the flow of communication and data to and from money management and other financial institutions. Finally, I select and maintain the technology systems we use on a day-to-day basis.

I also hold the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC^®) designation. This certification demonstrates my competency in the primary areas of financial planning. As a ChFC^®, Mitch and Hank ask me from time-to-time to handle financial planning projects directly for our clients.

My wife Pam and I, along with our three children, live in Abingdon, Maryland. We are all active members in our local church.
