Client Service Manager
As a Client Service Manager, I am responsible for managing day-to-day communication and workflow for domestic and international clientele. Once a client's financial plan has been constructed, I take charge of completing the action items necessary to implement the plan.
Before joining Caplan Financial Group in 2002, I was a manager at Qbit PC, an online computer electronics company. As manager of Qbit's customer care division, I was responsible for post-sale customer service for all corporate and individual clients.
I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Salisbury University. My wife Teri and I, along with our black lab Holly Pancetta, live in Baltimore, Maryland. We spend most of our spare time volunteering at our local animal shelter, BARCS, and playing foster parents to rescue dogs in search of their “fur”ever home. I also participate in the World’s Largest Golf Outing each year, which raises funds to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
